About Me
I have been practicing as a licensed marriage and family therapist for more than ten years. I work with individuals, couples, and families who may be experiencing high levels of emotional pain and anguish, as a result of ineffective communication skills, infidelity, substance abuse, trauma, school problems, and many other experiences that may contribute to feelings of anxiety, depression, and anger.
My practice is located in Boca Raton, Florida
In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a state qualified parenting coordinator, a collaborative law neutral mental health facilitator and a member of the South Palm Beach County Collaborative Law Group. Group. I am also a Clinical Member of The Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
My therapeutic approach is founded on the principles of Emotional Focused Therapy. This approach seeks to help individuals, couples and families form secure and satisfying relationships.
I am also pleased to contribute to the field by working as Part time faculty at Capella University. This position affords me the opportunity to work with learners who are looking to become marriage and family therapists/counselors.
